Ruth's passion is health and fitness and she will coach you into a healthier lifestyle.  As a Personal Trainer Ruth offers motivation to support you in achieving a regular routine of Physical Activity alongside a sensible diet.   

As a Yoga practitioner for over 10 years, Ruth believes the benefits of a holistic approach to health and fitness creates greater wellbeing from the inside out.  

Ruth achieved an Ashtanga Teaching Diploma in 2008 with Yoga Alliance and BWY (British Wheel of Yoga) Teaching Diploma in Hatha Yoga in 2012.  She is a professionally qualified member of REPS (register of exercise professionals).

Ruth offers enjoyable personal Health & Fitness tuition in a peaceful private location.
